Loved this movie. Really did justice to the book with terrific performances from the cast. Great cinematography as well. Highly recommend!

It was a good romance and sweeping period film.

Very good. Enjoyed the "Masterpiece" Theatre aspects. Though I know the story from the original movie, and it is obvious what is going to happen as the story unfold, it is Interesting in the portrayal of both the class and gender aspects of the time in England. Beautiful scenery. Each actor did an excellent job with their character. Production values excellent.
