An astounding eye opener appropriate for our time, where you are taken directly on the battlefield of our nations growth towards freedom.

Great movie. The introduction wasn't overly long, but gave a good basis of the main character Doss. Had a nice mix of comedy relief in basic training along with showing the harsh treatment of Doss because of his moral standing. Nice touch with interviews before the credits. Overall an enjoyable film.

I very much enjoyed this movie. The storyline was well written. The war scenes were extremely brutal. I want to see it again.

Great movie from beginning to end. Great story of sticking to one's beliefs and still coming out a hero. Never a dull moment. Would definitely recommend this movie to everybody.
