Sally Hawkins was excellent.

Although slightly slow moving, this was an excellent movie due to excellent acting, amazing lighting and a very believable and earnest portrayal of a woman's life and the deepening of her unconventional relationship qith her husband.

A true Canadian classic in the making. Wonderful acting and true love hidden behind, broken childhood.

Great character development.
