A heartfelt look at one of the lesser known (at least by most Canadians)of one of our iconic artists. It's rawness tugs at the heart. A well done story with the leads both doing a suburb job of transporting you into the story.

Fantastic acting.

It was a little slow but, the story was beautiful. It had it's funny moments, it had it's sad moments. Sally Hawkins did a wonderful job playing Maude.
