I thought it was really well made and had a solid story that kept me guessing while also touching on important. topics. It was uncomfortable at times, which was wasn't a bad thing. The ending was crazy, I had no idea what to think in the last 20 or so minutes. It was a wild ride, but I liked it a good bit.

It was very thought-provoking and made me reflect a lot on society.

It was a dark yet gripping thriller (and on some levels a dark comedy). I felt the weight of each scene and was at the edge of my seat the whole time, by the heartbroken yet at the last second stood up and cheered. Carey sells the hell out of this movie and Emerald masterfully tells the story, setting her protagonist on a quest. (Q+A was great, too!)

The movie brings out so many conflicting feelings. Save time after the movie to discuss with friends. Carey Mulligan is great.
