\\The acting and photography was great. I felt the story moved a little slow. It was obvious she had lost her husband and son early in the movie. Perhaps the slow unfolding reflected the length of time she needed to heal and reconnect with the world. It just seemed more drawn out that necessary.I thought the relationship with Miguel was sweet and tender and her only path to return and connect with the world. I would have liked to see more of their relationship in the movie.

Great acting. Choppy continuity. The landscape was beautiful. I definitely felt the mental pain from the main character. It would have been nice to literally see the point where she could let go of her deceased family. A closure of that chapter and a bit more where she and the dog finally get to the swing set and calls her sister. The continuity would have given the movie more flow for the viewer to follow. I felt like I was spectator for parts of an important picture. It left me questioning, what I was suppose to take away from this film. Clearly, living is possible and humanity wins.

Beautiful scenery and gave me a great cry!

In my opinion the movie Land was an okay watch. It's a movie with meaning. It pulled on my emotions a bit. It ended just as all the answers were coming.
