The story line is not as spectacular as the cinematography.

I don't expect movies to follow the original story from the book, but I at least expect them to make sense. The 4 big parts of the original story were seriously underplayed. Burning bush scene was about 45 seconds was extremely boring. God, the Creator of everything, was a 10yr old boy. The Red Sea didn't part?!! The 10 commandments scene was another pivotal part of the story that was just boring.

I was SO DISAPPOINTED! I expected this to be far better than the 1959 Ten Commandments especially for the plagues. This vered from the Bible on so many levels that it wasn't even funny. No one clapped at the end-just silence!

it could have been better if you had followed the bible, the script was already written for you. There were a lot of key parts that were omitted.
