Great story, acting, directing. A slightly different - and worthy - approach to the war movie.

Great story and I appreciate it being told. Beginning was a bit slow but still needs to be there. The combat scenes were a bit much, but that's what you expect from Mel Gibson. As a veteran, I know the gory parts are part of the story so I don't need to see it again. But we don't want to discourage non-veterans from seeing the movie. That level of intensity might scare some viewers away.

Very moving. Never hear about this story and love true stories. Little long and lots of bloodshed but definately a Mel Gibson work.
