I thought it was really good. the story was amazing. the effects great one of the top movies seen this year

Just saw ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ tonite. It was Mel Gibson’s first film since 2006’s ‘Apocalypto’ and he came back in force. The movie tells the true efforts of Tom Doss, a WWII private who, though he wanted to serve his country in war, didn’t want to carry a firearm due to his religious beliefs. It tells of his heroics and how he saved 75 wounded comrades who were left for dead . Very good & entertaining

It was great. The only gripe I have is the beginning love story. I felt it took a while to jump into the plot but it was an awesome movie.

Excellent movie.
