Great story... fantastic cinematography.Believable characters and fine acting.

Really good, just thought the story was a little rushed. Tried to fit in his past, his present, meeting his wife and of course the war. Wish it was longer because I was very interested in the movie and the actual true story that it was based off of. This movie is one of the few war movies I like (Fury, Miracle at St. Anna) Would definitely watch this again.

Though the acting was wonderful, my first impression was that the violence was gratuitous, beyond depicting realism. It reminded me of an old Schwarzenegger movie with guys jumping off mini-tramps as the pyrotechnicians fired their charges. Great story line. It will probably be nominated for a bunch of academy awards.

Good film. Felt the intensity of the main character. Would see it a second time.
