I don't care for science fiction, although this seemed to be better than some. I just don't enjoy all the futuristic fantasy. If the world were being destroyed in the future by climate degradation (which it will be) the world today would not act, (as it has not so far), and I can't believe even in fiction that the whole world would unite to combat future dangers.

Not enough action.

I really enjoyed the look of the alien and the complexity of the relationships, the rest of it was pretty color-by-number. With such a cool concept, I wish they’d done more with it. As far as the action goes, it was enjoyable.

Strong action scenes with a good cast. The movie is a little convoluted but the pace and action make up for it.
