Deeply moving and deeply disturbing. M's statement to the court at the end brought me to tears--after what this country experienced on January 6, 2021, I fear for the future of the United States as a country that respects the rule of law, so I newly identified with M and what he experienced as the result of the distortion of that rule of law by the U.S. Government. The film is beautifully done and brilliantly acted. Everyone should see this!!!

The way in which the story is being told guides us into comprehending the nature of giving the otherness to tell their part of the story. Everyone has to have the opportunity to defend themselves.
