The NYC experience was awful. I understand tech issues were out of your control, but it was disappointing to wait for three hours to be turned away. I was wristbanded early and thought that I'd get in. I understand there is a risk with these type of things, but I wish there was more consolation for the fans that waited in the heat for so long. I'd really appreciate if a screening or something of that sort could be organized for those who were checked in so we can have the chance to see the film. Thanks for the work that went into it - I know it was no one's fault.

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived early and waited in line for over 3 hours after being given wristbands and repeatedly told we'd be admitted when the event started. Many people took time off work on a Wednesday because we were excited to see the exclusive footage and hear from Denis Villeneuve. Just as we were about to enter, the event was canceled. A poster and hat do not compensate for hours of lost time, poor communication, and the disappointment of having the event canceled at the last minute.
