They cancelled due to technical issues at New York. We waited outside for 3 hours…

I was in New York and I wasn’t able to see it. The workers said that the IMAX theater was not working.

We never saw the sneak peek after we waited hours to be admitted. According to the PR there was a technical issue.

the whole event for nyc was a total letdown as the organizers made fans wait 3hrs outside in the heat, saying just a slight delay only to find out they couldn't figure out the livestream in time and completely missed it but still made us wait. please tell staff to communicate better and do better.
