Event did not happen. AMC in NYC was not capable of playing the trailer. Waited in line from 11:15am to 3:30pm to be told event was cancelled and to scan QR code for a non existent future event. Stood in line in 85 degree heat for four hours for no reason. Will likely never attend any screening event due to this and will probably not watch dune because it left such a bad taste in my mouth as to how Warner bros and amc treat their customers like such disposable cattle.

Girl… it didn’t even happen after I waited for 4.5 hours…

We were in line for 2 and a half hours because of technical problems, but were assured we would all get in to see the preview/interview. 20 minutes after that we got told that the event was cancelled because of the tech issues by one person, and that there were no more seats by another. I’m assuming two theatres were being used and they ran out of seats in one and couldn’t get the other working, but that’s pretty unacceptable either way. Waiting in the sun for an hour and a half past when we were supposed to go inside, only to be told to go home really sucks.

It absolutely failed in New York City and it was canceled. Unfortunately, after waiting in line for three hours with no movement or updates until the last minute. Extremely disappointed.
