I wanted so bad for this movie to be good, but like Boogie says about his teammates, it’s hot trash. \r\rBoogie (played by Taylor Takahashi, who looks too old for this role) is the story of an Asian-American high school basketball player trying to score a college scholarship, while dealing with a turbulent home life.\r\rThe first 15 minutes of this movie is just Boogie creepily staring at people. The workout staring scene is particularly uncomfortable. Diverse and interesting

Boogie was an interesting story, but really needed closed captions. I had a hard time hearing and understanding a lot of the dialogue.

I wanted to love this movie but it moved way to slow. The acting wasn’t great and it just drug on. I’m pretty disappointed because the story was interesting and new.
