Adult subject matter dealt with beautifully.A triumph of love over dysfunctional family dynamics. Well-acted by all.

I had not read the book, but I heard it did follow the book very well. I thought the movie, the storyline and acting was excellent. It took a moment with the flashbacks in the beginning, to grasp what was going on. It pulled you in with alot of unexpected surprises along the way.

A deep delve into the psychocholgy of the father-daughter relationship.

This was such a great movie. Crazy, heart warming, emotional and both Brie Larson and Woody Harrelson should be nominated for Academy Awards.
