This film was heartwarming and better than I anticipated. I'm grateful for a positive ending.

This is a challenging, sensitive film about people confronting who they really are and learning to live honestly and out loud, regardless of whatever blowback they might receive. It also deals with trauma, and the scars that it can leave upon us. It's small and intimate, a quality that I like. It feels like it could be based upon someone's real experience.

Really enjoyed the characters and having a view of how things were accepted or not during this time period. Felt very frank and worthwhile for post-viewing discussion.
