In the Heights was SUCH a fantastic film! The story line is very relevant and part of an incredibly important conversation that needs to be put in the spotlight: caring for all peoples and all communities by first understanding them. The music was absolutely phenomenal and carried the story well.

Direction and music was excellent, with a really great cast.

I was disappointed that the plot was changed so much, but I did like the parts added (Sonny, Usnavi's daughter, etc). I really missed Abuela winning the lotto and "Sunrise" as well as Nina's mom. Would have loved those to be included, but I understand there must be reasoning behind it.\r\rI especially loved Carla and Daniela being in a relationship.\r\rI can't wait to watch it again when its released
