Movie was promoted as something different. I expected Lang to have hightened hearing/smelling senses to compensate for his lost vision. I thought he would use those senses to track down the house intruders. Instead this came off like a cliche horror movie of bad decisions but the intense scenes were good. The twist was disturbing (as expected). Overall there were no characters to root for. Movie was just ok for me. I gave it 2 3/4 out of 5 on my FB page

Don't Breathe started off well enough but once all of the scenes from the trailer were shown I was left with the thought of what are they going to do with the remaining 40 minutes of runtime? On the surface, it was a nice movie that provided a couple of jump scares nail biting moments, but in those same moments came my frustration as to why they were ever in the situation in the first place. Enjoyed some of the cinematography and visuals. Some were truly worth the trip to the theater.

I was very disappointed because it was being described as the best horror film in 20 years and it definitely wasn't .It really wasn't a Horror Film at all.
