Great movie...so inspiring that all things are possible! What a great, true, American hero!

One of the best movies I have seen in a while. Academy Award good!

No matter what your thoughts on Gibson as a person, his skills as a director are among the elite. The genius behind the shock value of the battle scenes is the payoff at the end of the battle where like Dawes the audience feels the adrenaline release of having survived a harrowing experience.

Loved it! It's a shame I never heard of Mr. Doss until now. He was a brave man. May he R.I.P.
