None of the characters are likable. It's a great concept, but the story is barely there. It was well directed and is suspensful in spots, but it's a below average horror thriller.

I did not like the movie. I appreciate the effort to avoid the gore, but there wasn't enough character development, so I didn't care for the characters at any moment. Also, there was too little dialogue. The villain should have spoken more. And the one-liners delivered by the protagonist were ridiculous and shattered the suspension of disbelief required by any movie. In addition, the ending was quite unsatisfactory.

While the concept of the movie wasn't bad, the execution was downright silly...from the very ill-conceived opening shot (which spoiled the action of the rest of the film) to the conclusion. Towards the end when the villain pulled out a turkey baster, the audience exploded with laughter that didn't let up for the rest of the scene. I'm not sure this is the intended reaction the filmmakers had in mind.

Twist with woman in the basement went too far. As well as impregnating scene. Everyone died too many times and miraculously comes back to life too many times.
