Get ready to shed tears! Brilliant acting and narration. Could have increased the pace of the movie a bit but otherwise a great.

Understated, mature performances, especially Jodie Foster and Tahar Rahim whom I previously enjoyed seeing in "The Kindness of Strangers." This is a great example of media that dares to be deeply critical of the United States of America, while functioning as a patriotic tribute to the same. The film crafted a complex narrative with no simplistic villains or predictable outcomes: just the horror of wartime justice and an example of subsequent righting of wrongs.

The movie was really good. The acting, the cinema photography, everything. I learned some new stuff that I didn't know happened. I'm about to buy the book to read his full story.

It was a bit slow at moments but I enjoyed it. Knowing this was a true story and everything this man went through, it’s most definitely a story to be heard.
