THANK YOU, SONY! It's refreshing to see a movie without nude scenes and bad language! Also, I appreciate the fact that this movie told the story, and let the viewer come to their own conclusion.I enjoyed it very much. It looked authentic, it was well written, and the actors all did a wonderful job. There were elements in the Gospels that I wish had been brought forward, such as the folded head napkin set to the side in the tomb, and the significance of that in ancient Jewish culture

Interesting retelling of the resurrection story, from the point of view of a Roman Tribune tasked with disproving it. The movie does a good job of trying to keep to the text of the Bible without disrupting the dramatic flow. Yes, there's a lot here that isn't scriptural (such as the chase scene on the mountain) but never the less, I didn't feel as if it was trying to take advantage or disprove the true story of Jesus.
