This movie was very heart-warming. I enjoyed the performances by Octavia Spencer and Tig Notaro - they were great in adding to the comedic banter of a family adjusting with adoption. What really was inspiring was how they try to include the audience into considering adoption for themselves - how family is family no matter the circumstance. I cried, I laughed, and will consider adoption someday.

If you need to watch a feel good movie that makes you laugh and cry multiple times, this is your movie. Although some of the scenes felt forced, most of the movie seemed extremely genuine since it was inspired by the director/screenwriter’s own story. The movie further reinforced my desire to foster-adopt. Instant Family is a movie I highly recommend and will definitely be watching again!

Movie was heartwarming. Really brought awareness to the topic of adoption and children's services. Gave real life depictions of the challenges and rewarding experiences of fostering children. The movie had just the right amount of comedy and drama. By the end, I was definitely wanting to adopt/foster some children lol.

Very good movie to watch on an issue that is presented in a very relatable way. Great job to the whole team.
