This is a great edge of your seat movie. You quickly become attached to the characters and are alongside them the entire storyline. I do feel that the trailer gave too much of the storyline away. I knew they would make it back together because the trailer showed them together.

Yes, it's another end of days flick, and yes.... many of them have the same plot. But this one, was based more on family, kaos and things that could really happen in the event of something like this happening. I jumped out of my seat a few times and was entertained all the way through. And of course, it's Gerard Butler, you can't go wrong.

action-packed with heart

It was harrowing and expertly paced and edited. I had no idea how it was going to end. I liked the optimistic ending, even though if it had ended when their lives were "flashing before their eyes" would've also been a beautiful ending. Definitely an edge of your seat movie. I can't say it was enjoyable haha but it was a great movie.
