This movie was one of the best films I have watched this year. It was so real and drew me in to where I felt like I was there. That these people were real. This movie is the movie of the year.

A fantastic film with an important message. It was a great use / blending of comedy and drama. Fennel had great direction, vision, and purpose with this film. Hit all the right beats, all the feels, with gorgeous visuals and a moving narrative. Never was disinterested. Never thought it slowed down. A very fitting end to a serious story, and one that works and isn't just to "wow" the audience. Great job.

brilliant and harrowing

PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN was absolutely brilliant. Carey Mulligan was incredible, the supporting actors were fantastic, especially Laverne Cox and Bo Burnham, and the directing was utterly impeccable. I will watch anything Emerald Fennell directs. \r\rThis movie made me feel seen. Thank you to everyone involved.
