An enjoyable story of revenge, relationships and the dynamics of a small town. The haute couture outfits alone make the movie a must see.

The aussies make the best flicks eve. i always enjoy the movies that come from that part of the world. They are edgy, real, raw. The dressmaker is no exception. A little campy and a great story. I think I like Mad Molly the best.

I loved the movie, liked the outfits also. I could have done without the "sad parts".

I loved it! Except that Liam died!!! Being a dressmaker myself I know how special people feel when they get that special gown/dress. The only thing I would have liked to seen happen was that the new dresses Tilly made for the towns women would have led them to be a better community and of course that Tilly and (Liam) would have been married and lived there happily ever after. But I understand that she got her revenge on the town and that the truth about how Steven died came out and her conscience was eased. So happy she got her mom back on track before her death! Still...hated that Liam died!!!!! Great movie. I will see it again when it comes to Indianapolis!
