It was a great movie about facing your fears and letting go of your past to allow yourself not to be controlled by it but to make every effort in pushing through and finding the help you need to be a whole person once again.

I really enjoyed this movie. Although the story seemed typical, it was actually deeper than that. It was a story of family, love, and timeless friendship. Although the men were fighting each other, they were really fighting their past demons. This movie was very symbolic of what happens when we hold on to our past pain and how it can become detrimental to our current and future life! \r\rThe fighting scenes, in the end, were very dramatic and Michael B. Jordan did a great job as the director giving you an up close and realistic view of the impact of each punch as if it were you getting punched!

A very well-rounded storyline and the action/ directing was phenomenal. Congratulations to Michael B Jordan for his delivery not only in acting but directing. Jonathan Majors gave light to his character and Tessa Thompson & Phylicia Rashad shined like the bright stars they are. I can’t wait to watch again!
