While the first film was action packed, very dramatic, and exuding a constant sense of danger and foreboding, this movie was different. The pacing was much slower than the first, and it didn't feel like the stakes were as high until near the end of the film. The acting was good, the character interactions were believable, the settings were beautifully shot, and there were a lot of subplots to keep the mind actively involved in the film. But the movie is a cerebral exercise to find the thief, set up the manipulations, then finally some action packed chase in the closing moments of the film.

I thought the film lacked excitement and intrigue and was at times boring . I also found it hard to determine what was really going on . I also did not sense a real connection between the characters. My standard for recommending a film is after seeing it would I pay to see it . The answer for this film is after seeing it I would not pay to see it

It was a pile of cliches barely held together. It felt like the kind of movie a drug kingpin would make if he had to launder money.
