A beautiful and loving portrait of 4 African American men who had a significant impact on the Black community, pop culture, sports and the Civil Rights movement. One Night in Miami is a well-crafted story with 3 dimensional characters. The photography, performance and direction was was a rich and full as the men portrayed in this story. Bravo to Regina King and her crew.

Great acting. Great themes. It’s a movie with four icons that keeps your attention from beginning to end.

First rate.\rGreat adaptation of a play. The playwright gave each character a prologue; enough of a contexy and an orientation so that whem they gatjer at the motel, the key setting, we know these men individually. Excellent performances across the board. No historical stick figures here. This kind of set up could have gone so wrong; instead.the piece explores issues of racism, talent, power and how to use it, how to navigate success, and the awkward boundries between the public and private self. Bravo.

Great story even if it was fiction, its very believable. I really enjoyed it.
