Did not hold are attention

Once again on 35 minutes before and when it comes time to start the movie goes black

I wasn't able to view the movie. The movie did not come thru due to technical issues. It kept buffering. Also, I sent an email to customer service concerning this, but as of yet to receive a response.

This movie didn't keep my attention, pretty boring and predictable.
