I thought the plot was a little thin and certain things were neglected, but I absolutely loved that this wasn't a traditional American buddy film. I loved how the protagonist's Mexican identity and family played a huge role in the film, and I wish we saw more of that in Hollywood.

Heartwarming family journey. The portrayal of the brother from Mexico as a successful businessman and the constant reminder of how little the US thinks of Mexico was a refreshing change from the way Mexicans and Mexico has been portrayed in the past.
