I liked the movie very much. I am a fan of Jazz and music of that era so U liked the soundtrack as well as the acting. The movie reminded me of the old fashion love stories of the past only with black actors and I liked to see them in this role. They were young, nice people, educated and talented. How nice to see! Although I always thought they would be together at the end it was nice going on the journey with them getting there.

I loved the period they portrayed. That was done nicely. The story was good/OK...kinda foreseeable.
