Good overall but some slow parts. Had some fun characters, good ending.

It was cute

It was funny and and cute. But I hate - absolutely HATE - that the story was about a mom and daughter only. No mention of the dad. I seriously think it promotes the false assumption that the father isn't important and has an actual negative impact on people in the world. It also gives kids - the main audience - the idea that mom is more important. As a mom, I find that it hurts family bonds.

It was refreshing that it had some adult humor as well. Great movie about love, hope, family and friendship.
