movie seemed slow between car chases

Wow driving was wild.

The driving was very good, however the storyline was lacking. It was overall entertaining. I wouldn't have paid to see it.

The story line fell a little flat towards the end of the movie and became a bit unrealistic or unfathomable. From thrives having a midday shoot out in downtown Atlanta with APD and no bullet proof vests. To running around Midtown for 3 or 4 min in broad daylight and no one chasing or catching you. It was like a mash-up of Cry-Baby with Johnny Depp and Bonnie & Clyde . The car chases were about the only thing that held my attention and prevented me from daydreaming.
