The first act took a bit to get going. It started off more as a character drama than a comedy (the movie is very self aware of this fact). Once it picked up during the second act, specifically the security camera scene and the LSD scene, it was hilarious.\r\rThe ending was fairly typical, but good. I think the scene with Cage watching Paddington 2 with his family and started to tear up was great.

A fun dumb movie that we all need as a reset

I never thought Nic Cage would star in basically a traditional comedy since Raising Arizona, but here it is, and it's funny!
