Its a good movie overall. It does a good job of highlighting the American culture, it could have highlighted a bit more of the real Mexican culture. \rGood story and one many can relate to.

A bit silly, but it really hit the spot - in these troubling times.

it was a different take on the lives of the two (half) brothers in the way they were brought together and their "road trip." Amusing and yet somewhat soulful.\r\rThe goat (in lieu of a dog) brought a new dimension to their escapades. Asher was totally taken with his brother in a very comedic and endearing way; while the opposite was true of Renaldo. \r\rIn the end, their joint quest to learn their father's story brought them closer together as a family.\r\rThank you for sharing this screening. \r\r

It was a great road trip movie, with the usual crazy antics that happen on such trips / in such films. But I loved the hermano-a-hermano connection in this film as well as the reflections on the immigrant experience and the caught between 2 worlds narrative.
