Predictable story with nothing memorable. Disappointing

At 17 minutes into the screening my screen started buffering and the film never came back. Pretty disappointed since there was no way to report it to get someone to help troubleshoot it.\r\rWish I could rate the actual movie....your future surveys may want to include questions about the technology aspect so you can differentiate between technology and film content.\r\rThe first 17 minutes were still setting up the story and I was finding it interesting until.......
