Pretty scary with the aliens. Nice plot and plot twist with him finding his daughter. I liked the characters and the double family and the connection between the father and his 2 daughters, and him with his Dad.

Four stars for going with the basic of hinting at the solution at the beginning.\rFive stars for humor, casting, acting, and not holding back on tragedy.\rGood choice on not killing the grandfather at the end.

wove in aliens, from another galaxy/system, weaponized predators for planet clearing, maybe got lost, crashing on unplanned plant millennia ago during an ice age. with climate change the cargo thaws out and starts "cleansing the earth" of humans. Same as America and other Old World nations colonizing by force and removing to the point of extinction. How you like me now? smart children are seen as Black and female - yes!!!! \r\rSo far our planet ice melt will just drown us. What if there is something that is underneath the skin that is waiting to come to the surface? Interesting film
