Phenomenal action scenes! But the story line was extremely predictable

I enjoyed the action. I enjoyed getting to see Denzel's character back on the big screen. There were parts that dragged. However, the side stories about all of the people whose life he affected were wonderful. I particularly liked the German old man reuniting with his sister, and the little girl at the beginning getting back to her mother.

Action packed in the beginning, but gradually started to simmer towards the end. Over all, enjoyed the movie.

I like Denzel's character in the Equalizer... Touching in some cases (his relationship with his neighbors).. and lethal in others (those who do wrong)..
