Awesome movie...totally understand why it won so many awards at Sundance. Reminded me a bit of Sing Street and, interestingly, the young male lead (Ferdia Walsh-Peelo) was the lead in Sing Street as well. The lead actress, Emilia Jones, is amazing. Very hard to believe that she has not been signing (and singing) her whole life. This is a must-see for film buffs and those who love a great story.

This movie is a peek into the real dynamics of life of a deaf family. A movie about being yourself with flaws and brilliance. I think this movie deserves any praise it gets.

A very good movie about dreams, families and hardship. Overcoming hardship with a little faith. An uplifting story

Really enjoyed the film. It was heart warming and I'm planning on watching it again with friends and family.
