I thought it would follow the game & in the beginning it did a little then it went off in its own direction & was a good action film with a strong female lead.

Pretty good action film and a good reboot to the series. Casting of the three main characters were great choices. Good story and pacing.

By far the best video game based movie I've ever seen, a game changer. Immsersive, story driven, action packed. I hadn't feld the way I felt about certain things in the movie since I saw the indiana jones trilogy for the first time. They take a different route with The qualities of the protagonist Lara Croft, which is both refreshing and believable. She was raw and gritty in her performance.8.4/10
