You don’t expect what’s happening in the movie. It’s thrilling and twists are fast so don’t turn away!

It had a bit of a slow burn going, then there was a giant *HINT* - which was more than a bit obvious and such a giveaway. I understand that Ms. Kravitz had to make it clear about what was happening, though. Once we established the m.o. of the perpetrators, the movie really steamrolled toward the conclusion. A bit of a hasty plan and execution later, and the movie has turned into a slashes. It did get a bit clunky, but I was very happy with the surprise ending. It was really satisfying to see the villain get a major comeuppance, and the two leads were quite impressive from climax to finish.

1st act was a bit slow but once the inciting incident happened, the movie got me hooked. I felt like it was a feminist “Get Out”.

The ending was the best part; the purpose of the women being on the island was sickening
