It was very cute. Meant for a younger crowd than me but enjoyable.

Mean Girls was a funny musical. It definitely seemed like a bunch of theater kids came together to recreate the iconic original, and did it well. I liked realistic some of the scenes were. For example, when they were singing, 9x/10 it still effected the real world. 4/5 stars. I personally don't like when movies sing back to back but I understand it was a musical.

This is definitely a new adaptation. The highlight of the movie was its direction and fast pace. If you don’t like musicals, I wouldn’t recommend.
