It was not what I was expecting - it was much better!

I rather enjoyed this movie, it's great to see how all our international neighbours are solving problem. It's not perfect, but definitely a movie I'd recommend.

A good film that not only is relevant for Americans but also to anyone that thinks the current systems and services are broken where they live. This is NOT a military film. It is a film that explores a variety of countries (mostly European) and highlights some of the best programs that they have. It will make you laugh and it will make you pause.
