Overall solid adaptation of the book with well thought out plot twists to keep a theatre audience enthralled. Would reccomend to horror and stephen king fans.

Another superb Stephen King adaption/remake!

The beginning of the movie was a little slow, but it picked up during the middle and had a really strong finish.

Some interesting changes to throw off book readers and those familiar with the 1980s film. I enjoy the way the book ended and also wanted more lore/exposition regarding the Wendigo and the Native Americans. A flashback sequence in the beginning of the film showing the past events (the bull, the neighbor's dog, etc) would have been cool. Overall pretty good though.
