The movie kept pausing so left the screening at one hour. I probably only saw a total of 5 minutes due to the problems. It would come on for maybe one and half minutes at the start. then pause for several minutes, start for about one minuted and then pause again. This happened over and over again. Very frustrating so gave up! I did contact your customer service and have yet to receive any communication from them. I checked my internet connection and found it was not the problem.

I would have been able to give a better rating on the film had I been able to watch it. It kept buffering even though I tried the suggestions that were listed. I tried to reach out to someone for support but hadn't received a response or any type of support to enable me to watch the film. \r\rHad I been able to switch screens when the issue started I would have had a better experience.

I totally missed watching this film. Buffering issues from start to finish prevented any enjoyment from watching this film. I hope another opportunity presents itself to view this film in a better arrangement minus the buffering issues.

Lili Reinhart and the soundtrack are the only good parts of this movie. Henry Page at age 17 gives us manipulative, saviour complex, incel behavior. He quite literally stalks Grace Town and creates a false narrative in his head of her that he falls in "love" with. The pacing is sooo slow. The screenplay for this movie is just bad and tries to be relatable and it just feels like a rewrite of "Paper Towns" but somehow worse.
