Excellently paced story development. Casting and acting were terrific. The story being based on an a real person allowed empathy even though it was fun to watch.

My wife and I enjoyed the movie. We found it humorous as well as a bit sad. Simon Helberg was superb. His contribution to the character's levity, charm, and soleful personality stole the show. The most touching moment of the movie came at its conclusion. This was the only time in which Hugh Grant's character displayed a sense of genuine honesty and true love for Florence Jenkins.

Good movie!

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie-it was lighthearted, not focused on the seriousness of her illness, no inappropriate language (I could take my mother), and just enjoyed the evening out.
