I thought it was a very good remake. Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga seemed to have really good chemistry together. It was well written. It could have been a little longer and still hold up well even though it was 2 hours and 15 minutes long.

Overall it was intense and had more depth than I thought it was going to have.There was a bit of cheese that had me rolling my eyes, but I was also on the verge of tears several times.Lady Gaga was amazing, both performance wise and singing (like, goosebumps). Bradley was much better than I thought he would be in this roll, though there were several times where I couldn't understand him!

The love is great, and the emotion is strong.

Incredible performances anchored by amazing songs. A truly powerful and moving film about fame, love and addiction. Outstanding softmore effort from Cooper behind the camera.
